At Virtus Music, Carlo develops curricula and programs, leading the advanced piano, theory, and performance programs. His approach emphasizes strong foundations, passionate artistry, and a mindset of excellence—qualities that serve students well at the piano and in life.

His studio of nearly 50 students spans a diverse range of ages and skills: from four to over seventy years old, and from the beginner to ARCT and university level. As a musician and educator, Carlo's mission is to nurture his students' love for playing the piano and to help them learn the music that is dearest to their hearts.
