Summer Music Program
Start the Academic Year on a High Note!
There are sports camps and STEM camps—and then there are music camps! The Summer Music Program at Virtus Music is an immersive three-day event filled with workshops, lectures, activities, games, and a recital to cap it off!
Students are grouped by similar skill and age into groups up to six, creating the perfect environment to build friendships, collaborate, and share their passion for music.
It’s the perfect way for students to learn, grow, and have fun while sharpening their musical skills—setting the stage for a successful new academic year.
Registration opens April 1, 2025.
Highlights
World-Class Venue – events are held at Michael Lipnicki Fine Pianos, which features a top-tier performance stage and space.
Premium Instruments – Performers have access to three concert grand pianos: Fazioli, C. Bechstein, and Steinway & Sons.
Immersive Workshops — Topics include sightreading, technique, music listening & appreciation, musicality & artistry, and performance strategies.
Interactive Lectures — Enjoy two lectures on topics such as goal setting & planning, routines for effective practice, and more! Lecture topics will be decided based on student requests.
Activities & Games — Our program is as fun as it is informative, featuring exciting activities like Music Jeopardy and a mini Piano Playoffs—complete with prizes!
