Welcome to Virtus Music School! By enrolling in our music programs, attending our workshops, or accessing our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment and Payment
Registration: To enroll in lessons, workshops, or events, you must complete the registration process and agree to these terms.
Payment Terms: All payments must be made in advance. Payment plans, where offered, must be set up at the time of enrollment. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit cards, bank transfers, etc.].
Refund Policy: Payments for classes, packages, and workshops are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Exceptions may apply in cases of emergency or significant schedule changes initiated by the school.
2. Attendance and Make-Up Classes
Missed Classes: If you miss a class, you may be eligible to attend a make-up class. Make-up classes must be scheduled within the same semester or class package period and are subject to availability.
Make-Up Classes Availability: While we strive to accommodate make-up sessions, they are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us to arrange for a make-up session.
Transfer Option (10-Class Workshop Only): For students enrolled in the 10-class workshop, remaining classes may be transferred to another person for a $50 transfer fee. This option is not available for drop-in classes or other packages.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Student Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up class. Failure to provide notice will result in the session being forfeited.
School Cancellations: In the event Virtus Music School cancels a class or event, students will be notified in advance, and a make-up session will be scheduled.
Workshops: Workshop enrollment fees are non-refundable unless the workshop is canceled by the school. In such cases, students may opt for a refund or credit towards future services.
4. Student Responsibilities
Practice and Preparation: We encourage students to practice regularly between lessons to maximize their learning experience.
Behavior: Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.
5. Media Release
By enrolling in Virtus Music School, you consent to the use of photos, video recordings, or audio recordings taken during lessons, workshops, or events for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such materials, please inform us in writing.
6. Health and Safety
Injury or Illness: If you are feeling unwell or have an injury that could affect your ability to participate in lessons or workshops, please notify us immediately.
Liability: Virtus Music School is not liable for injuries sustained during classes or workshops. Students participate at their own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Virtus Music School, including lesson plans, instructional materials, and videos, is the intellectual property of the school. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without explicit permission.
8. Changes to Services
Virtus Music School reserves the right to make changes to class schedules, instructors, and services as necessary. We will do our best to communicate any significant changes in advance.
9. Termination of Services
Virtus Music School reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment if these terms and conditions are violated. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
10. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and only use it for the purposes of providing our services.
