What is the Virtus Music ACE teaching framework?
The ACE Learning Framework stands for Approach, Cultivation, and Engagement. It helps students develop strong foundational techniques (Approach), cultivate a disciplined and enjoyable practice routine (Cultivation), and stay engaged through creative exploration and performance opportunities (Engagement).

Can I try a lesson before committing to a full program?
Yes, we provide a complimentary Discovery session for all new students. This is a great way to experience our teaching style, understand your goals, and see if Virtus Music is the right fit before enrolling in a full program.

What performance opportunities are available for students?
Virtus Music provides several performance opportunities throughout the year, including recitals, lecture concerts, and masterclasses. Students also have the chance to participate in monthly adult socials, student incentives, and busking commitments to showcase their progress.

How do I enroll and what are the payment options?
To enroll, simply contact us to discuss your preferred program and availability. We offer two payment options: monthly payments or a semester plan, which covers five months. Students who opt for the semester plan may also receive additional benefits, such as free planners or extra class sessions.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Lessons can be rescheduled based on teacher availability. If a lesson is canceled without proper notice or is forfeited, no refund will be provided for the missed lesson.

What is your refund policy?
All payments made for lessons and programs are non-refundable. However, if a student decides to cancel their enrollment, credit may be applied toward future lessons or other Virtus Music programs. Forfeited lessons due to lack of proper notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
